Job Description

My client is situated on the Northumberland coast near Ashington, and is one of the largest private organisations in the North East, aswell as being one of Europes leaders in its industry. They are looking to introduce a HR Assistant on an interim basis for 6 months. As the HR assistant you will be responsibly for general admin duties, including the input of training records in the HR database. Working closely with the HR team you will carry out a policy audit and will have the opportunity to research best practice. Candidates should have a CPP (Certificate of Personnel practice) or working towards CIPD, experience of office work in an administration role and preferably with previous HR involvement
