This role will require you to work in partnership with senior business leaders as a real business player, contributing to the development of the business area's agenda and strategy. This full generalist remit will include Employee Relations, Resourcing, People Development, Reward and Performance Management.
My client is looking for a strong HRBP with Wider knowledge of Attrition strategy, Reward, Talent and Organisational Change. The ideal candidate will come from a Business/ Financial Services background and will have had exposure to contact centres.
