An NHS client of mine is know seeking a medical staffing Officer for 6 months covering for maternity. As a key member of the Medical HR Department you will support your team to lead on individual recruitment and selection activities, preparing recruitment schedules, advertising posts, undertaking pre employment checks, supporting services to develop job descriptions and person specifications in line with Trust regulations, action plan for the future workforce, induct new starters and payroll paperwork. As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to work with your Senior HR Advisor (Medical Staffing) on developing and implementing new processes and recruitment strategies which support the delivery of a professional HR service. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will have or is working towards a certificate in HR have 1 years administrative experience preferably in the NHS however not essential, have knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, e-mail) and be able to priorities your workload.
