Following the successful bid for a large, long term contract, our client is recruiting three HR Business Partners to join them in their fast paced and hands on' team.
The Role:
Varied and challenging generalist roles that includes recruitment and retention, talent management, TUPE, employee relations, performance management, reward and much more. Most of the administration is done by a support function.
The Person(s):
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will be used to working in a fast moving and changing environment and enjoy the variety of a generalist HR role.
Experience of TUPE and ER would be a great advantage, though if you will be supported and trained if you do not have it.
The roles are evenly split into regions around the UK and the successful candidates will be required to travel to these offices.
