HR Assistant £22-25k + bens
North London
Our client, a well known charity providing education and training programmes for children and their families is urgently seeking a first class HR Assistant to support their busy HR function.
Supporting the HR Manager and HR Advisor, you will be providing an effective and proactive service to help to achieve the business objectives of the HR dept and to support service delivery within the organisation’s strategy. You will also be responsible for advising Line Managers on the full range of HR initiatives including recruitment, performance management, disciplinary and grievance and the production and processing of all documents relating to the HR function. Working collaboratively with other members of the HR team, you will ensure there are efficient and consistent working HR practices and processes put in place.
It is essential that you have a good generalist HR background and your experience will include dealing with the end to end recruitment process. Likewise you will need up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law and should ideally be at least part-CIPD qualified. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, being responsible as the first point for all general HR queries and for giving feedback to managers and employees alike.
