Working for a London based sports and recreation organistion supporting the HR Manager to continue to raise HRs credibility within the organisation by presenting professionally at all times through attendance at meetings and regular site visits.  You will get involved with the full HR remit including:

 

·         Assisting the HR Manager to ensure the HR Policies and Procedures are reviewed and updated regularly.

 

·         Assisting in the recruitment and selection of employees.

 

·         In consultation with the HR Manager & Head of HR, develop a corporate training plan.

 

·         Provide support and guidance in disciplinaries and grievances, as required.

 

• Analyse and identify trends and develop possible strategies to resolve those, with a particular focus on turnover, recruitment & selection and sickness absence. 

 

The HRM will support and mentor you to develop your full HR knowledge, you must have a proven track record of generalist HR experience, post qualification including but not limited to Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Disciplinary and Grievance management, revision of policies and procedures.  Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.  It is essential you are a car driver and owner due to the location of the role.
