Owing to continued growth across the business, my Manchester based retail client is seeking a National HR Advisor. Operating from their Central Manchester Head Office, there will be frequent travel to their branches across the UK. The role will consist of providing operational HR support to branch employees and working closely with retail managers. This is a broad generalist position with an emphasis on Learning and Development though coaching and advising employees in order to maintain and achieve key objectives across the business. Further duties will include Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management and Employee Relations. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially aware and ambitious HR Advisor. The ideal candidate will be from a retail background with strong ER and L&D experience. CIPD qualification is desirable.
