HR Advisor / HR Officer with broad HR Generalist experience.
An opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to work within an impressive, complex and fast changing global professional services organisation. Key responsibilities include:
•Provide collaborative HR support and coaching to management
•Act as an 'account manager' for client areas in the North proactively identifying and delivering solutions that ultimately enhance people management capability and business performance
•Take the opportunity to manage discrete HR projects where appropriate and time permitting
This is a significant opportunity to join a strong and dynamic team within an impressive organisation. Ideally you will have a professional services background and/or experience in a complex business services environment. Commercially aware and capable of providing HR support to a complex, rapidly growing ambitious business you will have a track record of delivering pragmatic and commercial solutions whilst managing risk of adverse employee relations. This role is a 5 month fixed term contract but has the possibility becoming a part-time permanent role thereafter.
