Job Description

I have the immediate requirement for a strong HR Advisor to offer a HR Advisory service in my public sector client, based in Hampshire. You will be faced with a challenging but rewarding environment, with a friendly team and great offices. The fundamentals of the role lie in Employee Relations, advising staff and managers on day to day HR issues, assisting with recruitment, policies and procedures and supporting an effective communications process A CIPD qualification is essential, and public sector experience is desirable.
