Job Description
My client is a large, Manchester based Manufacturer. Due to a restructuring process, they are currently seeking an HR Advisor to join their team of 12. This is a newly created position, to support the existing HR team provide a seamless HR service to all employees.
The successful candidate will be a well-rounded HR Generalist, confident in dealing with all employee relations issues especially Disciplinary and Grievance and Absence Management. The ability to communicate on all levels is essential, as you will be providing advice to all employees across the business.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years advisory experience and have up-to-date knowledge on employment law and legislation. The CIPD qualification is certainly desirable but is not substitute for hands on exposure. Experience within manufacturing industries would certainly be advantageous.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Advisor to gain further experience in a fast paced environment. In return, my client is keen to offer as much scope for development as possible and a competitive salary of up to £27,000 with additional benefits.
