My client based in Preston is seeking a multi-skilled HR & Training Adviser to assist with the delivery of the HR team strategy. You will continuously be developing and maintaining an effective and efficient Human Resources service that will be providing support and guidance to managers in a wide range of Generalist areas: Disciplinary & Grievances Absence management Performance improvement Appraisals Equality and Diversity Customer Focus You will be ensuring that the Training Strategy is maintained, updated and reflective of their current needs. You will be designing and delivering bespoke in-house training programmes for managers and staff alike. You will also be doing Training needs analysis training. Salary - £25,000-£30,000 + benefits
