My public sector organisation are seeking to appoint an HR Generalist with Occupational Health experience on an interim contract for 6 months to cover a large workload. Reporting to the Head of HR and OH, you will be responsible for: Advise on the continued improvement of Absence Management Provide support and identify areas where employees may be suffering from ill health Maintain high standards of occupational health for all employees Supervise requests for medical referals Maintain accurate records for all employees Review OH policies to identify gaps Provide confidential support to all employees on a wide range of issues Adhoc HR or OH work as required You will be a skilled HR or OH practitioner ideally with experience gained within the Health Service or public sector. Interviews to commence immediately for an immediate start.
