Job Description
Project Management of the Organisational transition
Creation of HR implementation plan for transition
o Grading structure design
o Definition of accountabilities and responsibilities at each level
o Definition of capabilities required at each level
Creation of assessment criteria to improve bench strength
o Rewriting of all job descriptions
Managing the resource requirements for the transition
Key implementer and support for transition project actions
To jointly project manage the Job Evaluation project across site (with reward manager)
To introduce performance management across all unionised roles in the organisation
To input into the key HR Transactional Process improvement projects
To deputise for the Site HR Head as required.

HR Manager who is looking for an opportunity to truly develop their skills in an evolving business. The candidate will be resilient and have a passion for working in a high pressure, high reward environment. The client is looking for a candidate who is achievement orientated and is a starter finisher. The candidate will work on a number of projects which will involve them working very closely with the senior management team. Previous ER experience is a benefit although it will not be a key component within the post.
Client is an International Business with their North West facility being one of many European operations.
Salary circa £40 - 50k, plus 15% bonus, health and car.
