My client based on the 'Wirral International Business Park' is seeking an experienced HR Advisor that has at least two to three years' Generalist experience. This is a telephone based front line support service for clients across the country. You will act as an invisible supplier to your clients. You will learn the language and culture of the organisations your representing. This isnt a call centre environment and the larger the client the more you will get involved i.e. meeting face to face and tribunals. You will manage your time effectively and maintain and promote a productive and supportive relationship with all colleagues. You will be measured against set parameters that will be reviewed and discussed during monthly one to one meetings and 6-monthly development reviews. You must possess the following skills: In depth knowledge of employment legislation Advanced IT skills Customer orientated approach & focus £25k-£30,000
