Job Description

I am currently working on behalf of one of the world's largest retailers based in Merseyside. They are currently recruiting for a commercially focused HR Adviser to cover a maternity for upto 6-9 months. You will be supporting the HR operation to ensure the appropriate levels of resource and skills exist to meet the needs of the business. Employee Relations - Identifying potential and actual employee relations issues and provide practical advice to managers. Comp & bens - Complete Job Evaluation and market reviews to ensure consistency across the company. You will be reporting into the HR Manager but work is not closely supervised. The role will allow the responsibility for line managing one or two members of the HR team. You must be CIPD Qualified with a minimum of 2-3 years experience. Salary: £28-31,500 - dependant on experience
