I am currently working with a very successful construction company based in Preston. They are recruiting for an experienced HR Adviser to carry out a Generalist, hands-on HR role. The Role: Reporting into the HR Manager you will be supporting and acting as the back bone of the company advising senior management on employee relation issues, recruitment and retention, policies and procedures, absence management and training & development. You must be CIPD qualified with at least 2-3 years relevant experience within a similar industry.
