Job Description

You will be providing comprehensive generalist HR support to the Human Resources Manager. Be the first point of contact for line managers on all aspects of people management issues. Managing the recruitment process through to induction, dealing with agencies and ensuring all requirements are met. Responsible for absence management, providing support to line managers and liasing with Occupational Health as appropriate. Ensure Apprenticeship training programmes are met through the effective management and supervision of all apprentices. Conduct 1st stage disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings. You will be involved with a full range of HR projects. You must be a team player, clear communicator and be able to plan effectively. Must be at least part CIPD qualified Salary: £22-28,000 dependant on experience
