My NHS client is based in a central location in Lancashire and is seeking an INTERIM HR ADVISOR to complete a TEN-MONTH assignment. As an accomplished HR Advisor, you will a full generalist skill set which will enable you to provide advice and guidance on all HR, ER and employment law queries for a designated geographical area. The role will give the right candidate a great opportunity to develop as a HR advisor as you are given the opportunity to take on extra projects outside of your job spec. CIPD qualified is desired and NHS experience would make you a particularly strong candidate. However if you do not hold these, please respond to this advert to discuss your hands on experience and how applicable this is. This role will require occasional travel within the Lancashire area therefore you must hold a valid driving license and own your own car (all mileage will be expensed). Start at the end of October, £100 - £130 per day (£24k - £30k pro rata) - NHS Band 6
