My North West based public sector organisation are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join them on a 6 month contract to assist in the evaluation of roles and job description throughout the organisation. Reporting to the Pay & Reward Manager you the successful candidate will carry out Employee interviews, Salary benchmarking, create regular reports for Management, attend Project meetings, attend meetings with Trade Unions (where required), collate paperwork for any Equal pay claims and undertake any other adhoc HR support where required. Previous experience in a similar role within the public sector would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given. You will ideally be CIPD qualified with a keen eye for detail, proven data analysis skills and strong communication skills.
