My Client is a forward thinking NHS Trust currently looking to appoint an experienced or emerging HR Generalist with experience of data processing to join them for a period of 6 months. Working alongside the Organisational Development team and reporting into the OD Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling and data checking NHS job descriptions and responsibilities from the current NHS KSF (Key Skills Framework). The day to day duties will be: Collate individual role analysis / details and transfer onto the KSF database Complete individual role descriptions using the database Ensure consistency via consistency checking Liaise / arrange meetings with Managers to ensure successful sign off of individual roles This is a great opportunity for an emerging Generalist or an experienced HR Professional seeking to re-adjust their work life balance. Experience gained within the NHS & knowledge of the KSF will be advantageous but is in no way essential. Flexible working hours and working from home (where appropriate) are on offer in this role.
