Job Description
My client is a brand new public sector body with strong connenctions to all the Local Council's in and around the North West. Based in central Manchester, they are now seeking to implement a brand new HR team to liaise with all the Local Councils in the region around their current skills & development needs.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this exciting opportunity will suit an experienced HR Generalist with strong knowledge of Employment Law and allow them to focus on a full implementation of an HR function from policy implementation, HR organisation design through to Recruitment & Selection of staff and the implementation of Occupational Health. Alongside this, it will also be your remit to engage a number of current Training & Development Consultants and match them to the needs of each individual Council.
