Senior Interim Human Resources Advisor, Based in Manchester. Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager of a Not for Profit Organisation. Covering a period of 9-12months. A strong Human Resources generalist with the ability to hit the ground running and Delivering a day-to-day operational HR service.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or have the equivalent proven track of putting theory to practise and adding value within existing departments.
They will also be confident within the following areas:

•The over seeing of the Recruitment & Selection process
• Providing advice & support on all employee relations
• Identifying and delivering local training and development solutions
• Providing input into some national project work
• Managing a team Not For Profit Organisation. Based in Manchester, servicing local communities within England & Wales. £14-£16 per hour Michael Page International is a world leading recruitment consultancy.
