Continued growth within this global healthcare company has provided the opportunity to add this HR advisor position to the HR team. Supporting the HR manager and L&D manager, in the HR advisor role you will partner with a blue and white collar management team, advising on most areas of generalist HR. Initially providing HR admin support, payroll coordination and recruitment assistance, in this busy HR advisor role you will become involved with ER issues, developing policy, and leading on HR information systems. To succeed as HR advisor you must have had at least 2 years HR experience, be of graduate calibre and working towards CIPD qualification (or already qualified). fe-dh-76813
