My client is a very large organisation which is growing from strength to strength in these turbulent times. They are looking for an HR advisor to join their fast paced and exciting organisation.
Merging two departments and functions at the moment, candidates should have experience in dealing with a high volume of individuals. Ideally this will be on an international scale. Experience of HR policies and their implication on the ground would be vital along with keen enthusiasm to develop and progress. Candidates should be of graduate calibre and ideally be CIPD qualified. I.T literacy and a team player are qualities that will also be needed. Due to the large company, the ability to stay calm under pressure and interpret proper procedures at many levels is also needed.
This is an opportunity that does not come along often and especially at the moment. A keen graduate or a CIPD qualified retail individual with a year or two of HR experience would be considered along with a seasoned HR professional. This is urgent so please send CVs immediately.
