You will need excellent technical experience and will be able to hit the ground running from day one concentrating on:
Recruitment at both very senior and lower levels, including organising and sitting in on interviews;
Assisting and advising Senior Management in offer packages, bonus schemes and salary levels for all new hires;
Putting together employment contracts, policies and benefits, including complex pension and healthcare arrangements;
Taking sole responsibility of any transfers or secondments from other parts of the Group
Working with solicitors you will write employment contracts from scratch and will have sole charge of the recruitment of a very senior team, including advising Senior Management on best practice, liaising with relevant headhunters, organising and sitting in on interviews. You will be in charge of seeing these processes through from start to finish and will not have administrative help so will be expected to take ownership of all the paperwork this involves.
There may be transfers or secondments from other parts of the Group and these will need to be managed sensitively and professionally.
