My client is a rapdily growing insurance company operating in the Business to Consumer market. They are now seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join them. Applicants will ideally come from a call or contact centre environment. Experience of HR management in an B2C insurance company would be considered advantageous although not essential. Applicants will have been the catalyst and driver of change within their previous roles with the ability to quickly identify, prioritise and implement initiatives within the organisation. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to operate at all levels within the organisation. Finally, they will ideally be CIPD qualified or in the latter stages, with at least 5 years HR management experience.
