Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: c£26-£28,000 + Bens
The Background
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Officer to join this leading organisation. This will be a varied and challenging role for a professional HR generalist who is keen to develop in a fast paced environment.
The Role
Reporting to the site HR Manager you will be providing a proactive HR service. You will be involved in a number of industrial relations and employee relations issues. Your role will include but not be limited to:
·Advising and supporting management and site employees
·Absence Management
·Employment Legislation
·Trade Union negotiations
·Ad-hoc HR Projects
The Person
The successful candidate will ideally be Grad CIPD qualified with experience of working at advisory level together with experience of working within an industrialised environment with trade unions. A hands-on generalist with an expert knowledge of employment law you will have strong influencing skills and excellent interpersonal and prioritisation skills.
