The Background
This leading professional services organisation is currently seeking to recruit a Resourcing Consultant to provide a first class service and work closely with recruiting managers. You will deliver Resourcing solutions across the business on a 6 month FTC.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the recruitment service across the business.
Your Key accountabilities will include:
ˇManaging third party relationships with agencies and monitoring their performance
ˇConsult with line managers and advise on best practice
ˇManage recruitment projects
ˇDevelop appropriate recruitment & succession plans
ˇHolding Assessment Centres
This is an exciting opportunity for an internal recruiter to join a dedicated team and add value to this growing organisation.
The Person
Ideally CIPD qualified, you will be computer literate and will come from an internal recruitment background with knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. In addition, you will ideally have experience and knowledge of recruitment within a large complex organisation.
