This well-established public sector organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team on a part time basis. Working as part of a small but busy team, this role will require providing a proactive HR service consistent with policy and employment legislation.

THE ROLE
You will provide advice and guidance to managers on a range of employee relation’s issues, such as grievance, disciplinaries, capability and absence. You will also provide a comprehensive range of HR and employee development services to the organisation including; recruitment and selection, providing advice and guidance on HR policies, undertaking project work and assisting with HR administration.

THE PERSON
From a generalist HR background you will be CIPD qualified or working towards. With experience of advising, guiding and supporting managers on all employee relation issues you will have the ability to communicate at all levels. An excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills is required to work within this friendly and hard working team.
