This is a fantastic opportunity to join a public sector organisation offering a range of services and information for businesses, policy-makers, home-owners, and the general public.
You will provide advice on strategic and day-to-day HR issues for Managers and staff and take personal ownership of the organisations online recruitment processes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a web system for the recruitment of a number of positions at varying levels across the organisation.
- Advising and supporting managers in addressing capability / disciplinary issues.
- Design and delivery of guidance and training on Capability procedures.
- Ensuring short and long term absences are addressed.
- Liaising with local and full time union officials in resolving grievances and staff complaints Ideally you will have:
- CIPD qualification
- Experience working with on-line recruitment projects
- Experience supervising and managing in general HR matters
