The Role Reporting into the HR Manager although working autonomously supporting c300 employees within a highly technical division you will be responsible for building and maintaining high quality effective relationships with the client group business managers. The responsibilities of this position include: Report and participate at the management board meetings on HR issues and initiative progress as required Link the business plans and the HR plans to ensure a consistent approach supportive of the business strategy and delivery Support business initiatives as require, such as restructuring, change management, bidding and acquisitions Actively contribute to a programme of internal HR process improvement and development supporting the implementation of the initiatives Manage all day-to-day HR issues including disciplinary and grievances, absence management together with manpower and succession planning. Providing direct line manager support to a small HR Team.
