Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist
Salary: c£24,000 – 30,000 + Bens

Background
Rapidly expanding leading organisation are currently seeking an ER Specialist to provide an efficient and proactive ER Advisory service to the business.
Responsibilities
Providing accurate telephone advice to all managers and employees on all aspects of HR and Employee Relations issues, you will be responsible for:
Providing advice and guidance on a range of employment law and HR issues, including day to day advice on redundancies, TUPE, disciplinary and grievances, maternity/paternity along with the implementation of new policies, acquisition and restructuring programmes and sensitive employment relations issues. You will also carry out disiplinaries & grievances.
Person
The successful candidate will provide advice at the highest level, therefore, will need to have in-depth knowledge of current UK employment legislation. You will be an expert in Employee Relations and ideally have experience with case management. Ideally you will have experience of advising over the telephone, excellent employment law knowledge together with the ability to think quickly and work to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, pragmatic individual who is looking for a challenging career within a successful organisation.
