HR Advisor – Oxfordshire - up to £35,000 – Ref 5767
We have just registered a fantastic development opportunity for the right candidate, based in the field of science and technology in Oxfordshire.
Our client is looking for someone with excellent employment law knowledge, experience of sickness and performance management and someone who is used to a change situation. You will work with line managers, renew policies and procedures and be comfortable applying these policies in the organization.
You will need to be robust, have excellent communication skills and be solutions focused. You will have a pragmatic approach and be articulate and proactive enough to deal with your client group.
The salary will be up to £35,000 plus benefits including 25 days holiday plus time off over the Christmas holiday period. There is also up to 8% matched pension, SAYE shares and ill health income protection. There may be flexibility on the salary for the right candidate.
