HR Manager (HR Business Partner)

HR Business Partner / Manager - International, Oxford, Salary Circa. £35,000, plus excellent benefits package.

This HR BP / manager role is immersed within a division of a world renowned organisation based in Oxford, closely partnering with the business to help it to achieve its growth targets in the UK and internationally.

Whist reporting into the HR Director, as ‘HR business partner' you will take most of your lead from the divisional managers both in the UK and overseas providing a full generalist HR advisory service. This will include: advising on and promoting HR policy, reward and recruitment best practice; assistance to numerous international offices; some training; management of administration and an HR assistant; and ad-hoc HR project work.

You will ideally be a CIPD qualified graduate, with generalist experience from a large commercial organisation, and with exposure to international HR issues.
