My client is a leading manufacturer with a global network of production sites. They require an HR Manager with full generalist experience , reporting directly to the European HR Director, to ensure the smooth running of the UK HR Dept. You will be CIPD qualified , be very hands-on and be comfortable with handling ER issues and have strong union and negotiation experience.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the company gets the best value from its investment in people, by providing comprehensive HR services to the company, which are in-line with the corporate strategy and best HR practice.
