Job Description

Interim HR Advisor – Oxfordshire – up to £30,000 (including bonus) plus benefits – Ref 5541

We are now searching for an HR Advisor, working for an expanding Oxfordshire company.

This is an interim role for 6 months which has the potential to become permanent. Reporting to the Head of HR, this represents a unique opportunity at an exciting time for the organisation so it represents an interesting challenge for the successful candidate.

This is a varied and busy role, but the key areas will encompass:

•Operational development – working with HR managers and team to develop & implement an HRD plan
•Resourcing – providing efficient & cost effective support
•Provision of a generalist HR Advisory service
•Performance and Change Management
•Policy Development
•Administration – reporting, providing cover when necessary, Liaison with HR Administrator

To be considered for the role, you will typically be qualified to part or full CIPD level or equivalent, with previous experience working at an HR Advisory level.
