Interim HR Officer (12 month contract) – Oxfordshire - £25,000 - £30,000 plus car allowance and company benefits – Ref 5715
Our client, based in the IT sector, is now looking for an HR Officer to cover maternity leave for a period until July 2009.
The purpose of the position is to provide day-to-day generalist HR support within the business, but the role will have both an operational focus on the Head Office in Oxfordshire and their office in the North West of England. Some travel will be involved to the other office which will amount to approximately one to two days per week. You will also be handling performance and absence issues, and first stage ER cases as well as learning and development.
The successful candidate will typically be CIPD qualified, and educated to degree level. You will also have proven organisational change experience, and a strong commercial understanding, in addition to the ability to operate on an operational basis. Excellent attention to detail, IT and organisational skills are essential, as is a positive and proactive approach.
