Job Description

National HR Coordinator – Oxfordshire - salary dependant on skills and experience, plus benefits – Ref 5797 Based in their Oxfordshire office, this is a great new opportunity for a National HR Co-ordinator to build and develop an integrated HR function across the UK, working with the Operating Companies' HR professionals. Your direct line of reporting will be to the Board of directors in the UK, but you will also closely liaise with the Global HR Manager in Holland. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support, consolidating knowledge and standardising best practice, to improve the overall efficiency and contribution of HR to the business. There will also be opportunities to contribute to global HR projects. The successful candidate will be an experienced and robust HR professional, educated to degree level, have CIPD membership and generalist knowledge at a senior level within an international business environment. You must be able to demonstrate proven ability to achieve success within a decentralised organisation and to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas.
