Job Description

I am seeking an experienced Interim Senior HR Advisor to work with a repeat client of ours in Aberdeen. They require someone who has a strong Generalist background dealing with such areas as Discipline and Grievances, sickness absence and all other Employee Relations issues. My client also requires someone, who has ideally had experience working in an engineering environment, as they would need you to have an understanding of the working environment in order to hit the ground running. The role also offers the opportunity to work off shore in their European sites if this would be of interest you as a candidate. I have had nothing but excellent feedback from interim contractors who have worked for this client and this is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast growing industry.
