My client is searching for a proven CIPD qualified HR Manager to assess and make recommendations around HR Shared Services processes, and their application across the business.
You will focus on the detail around sickness and absence processes, standard letters, contracts of employment, referencing, new starters leavers, changes, vetting, and management information. You will evaluate current processes and process map stream-lined approaches, and then consult with, and communicate across the business.
You will deliver best fit HR transactional services to the business, andcontribute to Service Level Agreement design and roll out with internal customers. You will ready the shared services environment for handover to the permanent Shared Services Team Leader, who will head up and deliver the business as usual role following the application of your recommendations.
In the transitional state you will agree and monitor standards and deliverables, and strive for continuous improvement in ways of working. You will assess, agree and deliver meaningful and appropriate management information from an SAP system that can be used to track and analyse information and trends.
You will also manage the HR Shared Services Team of 5 Administrators. Resourcing and ER advisory services sit outside of the current HR Shared Services environment.
