Working for a reputable firm based in the West Midlands and Shropshire we are currently recruiting for a highly experienced HR professional to lead HR through this exciting period of change.
The key responsibilities for this role will be
•Providing support and Guidance to all Managers
•Recruitment activity and processing of all new starter documentation
•Disciplinary, Grievance , Capability and absence matters
•Developing and communicating HR policies and procedures
•Undertaking Learning and Development initiatives
•General Payroll and Benefits Administration
The successful candidate will have;
•Experience in HR ideally within a Professional Services environment
•Sound Business acumen
•CIPD qualified or equivalent
