Generalist HR role with a global aerospace manufacturer. Working with the HR team and supporting a client base of around 450 employees, this role is providing HR support across the board. Key responsibilities include:
-provide input to strategic and operational planning
-provide pro-active and professional HR support and advice
-ensure annual performance and development reviews
-identifying training and development requirements
-advise on employee relations
-policy and procedure review
-ad hoc projects
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or part qualified and have a strong understanding of UK employment law. Experience in a unionised environment is beneficial but not essential. The role is for 4-6 months paying c£30,000 pro-rata.
