Job Description
This is a fantastic,rare, specialistopportunity to work within a fast paced, Global, Travel industry focused Technology organisation based in Slough. As a successful candidate you will be supporting the Compensation and Benefits Manager on an integration project across over 20 countries, as well as leading a Benefit communication project across 40 countries. You will also be the key point of contact for HR on all benefit related matters across EMEA/APAC and will assist on the production of the annual international benefits budget.
The role will also include support and co-ordination of UK Pension Trustees, market research, monitoring and evaluation of vendor relationships and production and monitoring of benefit project plans.
The ideal candidate for the is role will be independent, flexible, comfortable within a fast paced, changing environment. Additionally the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience of Benefits in EMEA and international assignments.
Degree with previous professional experience in an analytical / research role, preferably in a Human Resource team but possibly in a finance or other similar environment.
Highly developed numerical and analytical skills.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel spreadsheets and databases.
Strong customer focus.
Familiarity with HR processes, salary market pricing, job analysis and the Oracle HR information system would be useful but are not essential.
Experience in a fast-paced organisation with multi-country operations is preferred but not essential.
