Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager with a dotted line into corporate HR this developing and demanding generalist role will provide a first class HR service.
Using the commercial, operational and strategic elements of HR this role will involve utilizing your relationship management skills to support the client group with their HR needs.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate HR professional possessing a track record as a generalist with some exposure to unions, and the ability to work in a stand alone role and influence at all levels. This is a site based role with travel to Yorkshire and occasional travel to Europe. There is a coordinating responsibility across the Division's facilities in other European locations. Preferably CIPD qualified, with sector back ground in manufacturing, engineering, logistics or business services.
