This is an exciting role for a high impact recruitment and resourcing professional to join a global business and provide leadership in a number of key areas. You will take responsibility for developing global candidate sourcing strategies & approaches including deciding upon best practice methodologies, building and maintaining relationships with executive search providers and defining resourcing vendor management. You will also be heavily involved in developing an employee value proposition, including working on developing talent pipelines and the whole area of on boarding. This is a high profile group role which will play a key part in the development of the total employer value proposition.
You will be a specialist in resourcing, having managed a resourcing function in a global brand. You will be comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels of the organisation and have the credibility and gravitas to influence successfully across geographic boundaries and cultures. You will be passionate about delivery and be happy to challenge the current thinking.
