Here is a new opportunity for an exceptional HR generalist with a strong focus on Executive Recruitment and Talent acquisition to join this Global organisation based in Sunbury who are going through a large cultural change programme. Reporting to the HR Director, this bran new Talent will have full responsibility across EMEA for talent management, succession planning, leadership development, executive recruiting, and development of a competency model. You will be partnering with business unit HR Directors and business leaders for Annual Leadership Development Review's to develop annual plans for development and executive recruitment as well as driving individual employee development through deployment and effective use of the Performance Feedback Tools. There will also be a need to create competency models for key positions throughout the region including Branch Management, Regional Management, Direct Sales, and Sales Management. This exciting new role will be focused on developing a high performance culture by partnering with the key stakeholders and building relationships across different regions and different business areas to drive an effective commercial outcome for the business. It is a great opportunity for an HR generalist with strong talent management skills to drive their career forward to the next level. There are very clear development opportunities for this role within the HR team and therefore this organisation is looking for someone with huge passion, innovation, drive, strong analytical skills and ability to contribute effectively to the commercial agenda of the organisation.
