Job Description
My client, a leading Business Services organisation is looking for an HR Business Manager to work on site near Southampton. You will provide a comprehensive and 'best practice' Human Resource support and advisory service at operational level. Contribute to the human resource elements of mobilisations and de-mobilisations and related TUPE/IR challenges. Champion HR processes and procedures 'in the field' to ensure a consistent and transparent approach.
Proven HR generalist operating at manager level
Experience of working in a unionised environment
Working knowledge of TUPE
Experience of recruitment and selection at an operativelevel
Experience in disciplinary and grievance challenges - ER Issues
Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards
High customer service focus
Excellent interpersonal and human relations abilities
High levels of flexibility and adaptability and ability to be mobile
Ability to project manage sensitive assignments
Strong team playing skills
IT literate
Track record of delivery
Leading Business Services organisation close to Southampton
c.£35-45k + Car + Excellent Benefits
