This HR Business Partner position will be the primary contact for a specific business unit, responsible for the development and delivery of the employee experience plan and building capability through coaching and facilitation of the leadership team. CIPD Qualification or equivalent desirable
A proven track record in successful relationship management
Coaching and facilitation skill
