I am currently recruiting for my market leading client in the Reading area for a generalist HR Manager.
The main responsibilities of the position will be the day 2 day running of the HR department and desiging the HR strategy and aligning it with the business strategy.
To be suitable for the position you will have to be CIPD qualified managed HR teams in the past and be comfortable at dealing with all aspects of human resources.
