HR Manager Role - Bucks - to 60k + benefits + bonus
Leading professional services company based in Buckinghamshire is looking for an HR Manager who is ideally suited to a role with three main areas: implementation of company strategy, operational HR work and the management of a small team of HR generalists.
You will ideally be CIPD qualified and have a broad knowledge of generalist HR. You will manage the UK HR function (550 employees) consisting of 2 HR generalists and will be a key focal link between the operational HR team and the Senior Managers of the UK business.
You need to have extensive knowledge of ER issues (employment law, tribunals and disciplinaries), OD (change management, policy development and implementation), Talent (recruitment, succession planning and training). You need to be a UK HR centric HRM, any EMEA/US/APAC experience desirable but the role is purely UK client group centric.
Proven track record of success needed in: managing a team of at least 2 HR BPs, strategic business facing HR BP with excellent stakeholder management skills at board level & also happy to perform HR operational duties regularly (ER, EL, reward & some interviewing).
My client is looking for a candidate who is at HR Manager level who is wanting to take a step up into a more senior role. Ideally you will have worked in a pharmaceutical, research & development, software or IT services organisation. My client is a global company so requires an appreciation of working in a worldwide structure.
This is a role where you will need to want to develop your HR management career and move forward in a progressive HR division working towards a Head of UK HR role in the future.
